Apiary is a unique restaurant & cocktail bar in Brighton, inspired by bees, honey, and everything from the hive. Run by two passionate beekeepers, the love for bees and honey shines through in the venue's decor, menu, and ambiance. The bar offers a range of quality cocktails, excellent wine selections, and an extensive mead list, while the kitchen produces a tempting menu of dishes made with locally sourced, seasonally available produce.

Our menu showcases the best, locally available produce, while our use of local & international honey varieties complements the dishes, adding more to the plate than just simple sweetness.
From smoky, woody Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey, through to bright and aromatic Spanish Orange Blossom Honey, and even our own mild and floral Sussex honey, there is more to explore than you might think.
Drinks
We offer some of the most exciting and interesting drinks in town. Our cocktail menu is curated using the best ingredients available, laced with local & international honey, while our wine list showcases some of the lesser-know varieties from undiscovered regions in Europe & beyond.
We also make delicious coffee using an award-winning Brighton based coffee roaster.

Want something to take home with you? Well now you can!
We recently launched our Apiary retail section, meaning you can now take home a variety of bee inspired products; from local honey, beeswax candles & BeeBombs, through to bottles of wine, mead & coffee.
We also run a special promotion every Wednesday, where you drink a bottle of wine in house, for the price of a take away bottle! Retail Wednesdays - best weekday deal in town.

Bookings at Apiary
At Apiary, we are a small and intimate venue with limited tables. While we highly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot, we do reserve a few seats each day for walk-in guests. If you find that no bookings are available on your desired date or time, please feel free to enquire through the booking system below. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and make your visit to Apiary a truly memorable one. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
