Taste of Honey
If you want to have the full Apiary experience, then we have something special to try.
Our Taste of Honey menu showcases the best of our menu, spread out over four thoughtfully curated courses of fantastic food, that allows us to showcase the wide ranging use of hive-inspired ingredients at our disposal.
We take time incorporating a combination of honey, bee's pollen, mead, & (on occasions), beeswax to ensure this is a tasting menu unlike any other around.
For those who wish to go one step further, there is the option to add a mead pairing - with four different styles of mead (honey wine), carefully chosen to compliment the food, in very much the same manner that you would enjoy a wine pairing, but allowing us to showcase this under-appreciated category of drinks to its fullest extent.
