J.J Textile
With extensive experience in the textile industry Jurate (“Jacky”) Jakstaite has been designing and selling her own products in the UK and overseas since 2012. Each year she draws inspiration from her new-found home environment of Great Britain as well as from her experiences working for other well-established, overseas textile companies to create fresh, fun additions to her collection.
Jurate has a longstanding relationship with trusted manufacturers in her native Lithuania who carefully and skilfully bring her designs to life in either pure wool or blends of wool and cotton. New relationships with UK manufacturers are also beginning to take flight.
Quakers Rest Honey
Quakers Rest is a very important supplier to us. The honey that goes into these jars comes from the hives of one Nigel Kermode. When we were just starting out, we knew that we needed some support for our first year of bee-keeping, and through the excellent Brighton & Lewes Beekeepers Association (BLBKA), we were introduced to Nigel.
From the outset of our enterprise, he has been excellent in providing practical advice and guidance, as well as trouble shooting the many new encounters during our first couple of years of bee keeping.
We are extremely proud to be able to offer his Rottingdean honey here for you all to try.
