Award-winning beekeeper Lászlo Váraljai sustainably harvests pure honey using traditional methods in complete harmony with nature. The result is unpasteurised and unprocessed raw honey, bursting with flavour and healthy goodness.

Linden tree or lime blossom honey has a rich floral aroma and refreshing citrus taste. It is one of the best honey varieties with powerful health benefits.

Once crystallised, its buttery consistency makes it easy to spread on toast or layer on cakes, while lime honey combined with mustard also makes a delicious marinade for meats. Mix it into natural yoghurt to allow its range of flavours to flourish, or drizzle it over a fruit salad for a delightful citrus twist.

Linden tree honey is naturally rich in pollen, vitamins, especially B1 and a range of amino acids. Its potent antiseptic properties make it a popular choice to alleviate the symptoms of colds.
