Made with Spring Wildflower Honey gathered by the bees of Northumberland Honey Co. Including dandelion, hawthorn and white clover predominantly. Brut with 5g/l residual sugars, a lovely well balanced acidity brings a dry start with a smooth honey finish on the palate. Lovely, beeswax, pollen and haymeadow aromas on the nose.
