We are passionate about making the best cocktails in town, while incorporating the many elements that the hive has to offer.
From a honey spiked 'Honeygroni', to making our own Bee Pollen Liqueur for the 'Crocus' cocktail, we think bees make the best drinks in town.

Wine
Catering for those who love a classic Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon, but also those who want to try something different & exciting. We have wines from Gran Canaria & Azores Islands, Hungarian Hárslevelú & Californian Mission, and of course, English Sparkling Wine & Rosé.
All of our wines are either organic, biodynamic, or in conversion. Not only does this help the soil and local surroundings remain healthy for generations to come, but it also ensures wildlife (& bees) in the area are not negatively impacted by harmful pesticides or chemicals.
We also happen to think they taste delicious too, which is nice.
Mead
Arguably the worlds oldest alcoholic beverage (see also, wine) - mead has been make a quiet comeback in recent years, and we think it's time to put this honey-based beverage back on the map.
We have a range of meads available to cater for all occasions. So whether you need a 4% sparkling alternative to beer or cider (it is gluten free after all), or a traditional method mead to toast an occasion - there is something for everyone.
We will also be looking at hosting mead tastings and events in the not too distant future, so watch this space.
